Why monitoring the Garden Building Process is important.

Why monitoring the Garden Building Process is important.

Several of my customers have begun working on their garden projects based on my design proposals, and I was thrilled to receive updates on their progress. One customer faced some issues with the contractors responsible for building their garden.

The workers seemed enthusiastic and worked quickly, perhaps even too fast, which raised concerns about their approach. Upon closer inspection, my customers discovered that the tiles were not accurately placed, and some were unstable, with one even breaking in the middle on the second day. When I asked them to check the level, they realized that the workers had merely replaced the old tiles with the new ones in the same spot, resulting in poor-quality work.

Properly leveling the garden is crucial for stability, drainage, accessibility, and overall aesthetic appeal. It is just one of the many factors essential for maintaining a high-quality garden. Errors by the workers could lead to unpleasant consequences in the future, emphasizing the importance of preventing problems rather than dealing with them later at extra expense.

Consequently, my customers now need to find new contractors who can complete the job correctly and remove all the tiles. This experience has been frustrating, but it underscores the importance of asking the right questions and closely observing progress during the works.

In response, I now offer an additional service to monitor the garden's progress and ensure it aligns with the planned design project. I genuinely care that the garden is created according to the design vision.
